Labalela Development Agency is a Non Profit Organization in rural Mandeni, North of KZN.
The Municipality has allocated premises from which we can render services to the elderly, vulnerable children as well as skills development for the unemployed. The children and elderly we assist are collected from home each morning, brought to the centre where they receive meals before going to school and/or participating in stimulating activities. They are driven back home again in the afternoons.
We are appealing to everyone to donate fitness equipment, skipping ropes, balls etc as well as furniture, appliances, computers, clothing, books, toys, blankets and canned foods for distribution and use on site. All help comes highly appreciated. We can arrange collection of donated items within the Durban areas.
